How long will my dress take?

We work directly with the studios that make our dresses, and your order ships internationally from the studio to your door. Here is the honest timeline:

- Processing: 1–3 business days

- Delivery: 5–11 business days after processing, with tracking the whole way

All in, most US orders arrive within about two weeks. If your night matters — and it does — please order at least two weeks before your event.

Shipping rates

- Flat rate: $6.95 anywhere in the US

- Free shipping on orders over $75

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your dress leaves the studio.

Changes or cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, email us right away at Zoriellemckenzie@gmail.com and we will do our best to change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, it is on its way and cannot be rerouted.
