Our promise

If your dress isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.

What can be returned

- Unworn, unwashed dresses with tags still attached

- Anything that arrived damaged or not as described — tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it fast

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

How to start a return

Email us at Zoriellemckenzie@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong (a quick photo helps for damaged items). We'll send return instructions and your return authorization.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll get the right size on its way. If the new size costs more or less, we'll settle the difference before shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

- Damaged or wrong item: return shipping is on us.

- Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns: the customer covers return shipping.
